INTEGRITY: The complexity of today’s insurance products, the confusing array of employee benefit options as well as the constantly shifting regulatory climate make consumers vulnerable to the good faith and professional conduct of their benefits advisor. At MSI the exclusive focus of our efforts are the needs of the client. We recognize that trust and confidence are the most essential ingredients of our business relationships.

SERVICE & ACCOUNTABILITY: MSI has built a culture of taking ownership of the challenges that face clients every day by recognizing that we must deliver ‘knowledge and services’ – not simply mediate ‘transactions’. A client will never hear the words “Call the insurance carrier – here is the number.” Regardless of the issue, we continuously look for ways to ease the client’s administrative burden – we do the work and we assume responsibility for successful resolution.

RESPECT & SENSITIVITY: The morale of all employees is partly dependent on fully understanding their benefits package. Our constant goal is to be an articulate good will ambassador on behalf of the employer as well as an effective benefit counselor to the employees. We treat all employees with the same fairness, honesty and respect that we expect from others. This will have a beneficial impact on employee turn-over, employee performance and, ultimately, the employer’s bottom line.
